Q: How do I exchange my ticket for the re-scheduled show?

A: We will honor the ticket that you have already purchased as-is for the re-scheduled date, March 4, 2017. If the ticket is unreadable or damaged, this can be taken care of at the box office on the day of the show. No further action is necessary.

 

Q: Will seating assignments be the same for the re-scheduled date (March 4, 2017)?

A: Yes. Seats will be identical to that of your original ticket.

 

Q: How can I obtain a ticket refund?

A: Please contact the original source of your ticket purchase to obtain a refund (Ticketmaster, etc.)

 

Q: Can I be reimbursed for travel costs?

A: Please contact your airline or hotel provider to inquire about cancellation and travel credits to put toward the re-scheduled show or another trip.
